Before the Backyard begins, we’re giving the support crews, family friends and general public a chance to have their own moment in the spotlight!
On Friday evening, you cake on the mini backyard – Choose from 1 lap or 2.
Don’t worry, if you don’t make it back in time, we will let you continue onto lap 2. Its a no pressure way to have a go.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned runner or someone who hasn’t run for years — this is all about having some fun.
As in the past we will also have a canicross entry for those that want to run with their dog.

As with the Backyard Ultra event all money raised will go to supporting the work of Bowel Cancer West.
